Step 1 – Initial Free Consultation
Your journey begins with a free, no obligation consultation, where we meet face to face to discuss your ideas and assess your requirements. During this stage, we'll cover:
- Initial design concepts and any project constraints
- An outline of suitable architectural services
- Indicative fees and budget costings
- Planning and regulatory advice tailored to your location
- A detailed, tailored quote for your project
Step 2 – Site Survey
Once you approve the costs, we arrange a measured survey of your building or plot. From there, we prepare detailed sketch designs based on our discussion and keep you updated as your plans evolve.
Step 3 – Planning Application
After finalising your design, we create scheme drawings for submission to the local planning authority. We can also provide 3D visualisations to help you visualise the final design and strengthen your planning application.
Step 4 – Building Regulations
Once planning permission is granted, we prepare working drawings and technical details for construction and submit your building regulations application for approval.
Step 5 – Tender Process & Contract Administration
We manage the tender process by preparing a detailed schedule of works, accompanied by a complete architectural drawings package that meets building regulations. This ensures contractors can provide accurate and competitive quotes for your project.
If required, we also offer full project coordination, including regular on site inspections to monitor progress and guarantee a high quality finish along with regulatory certification to ensure full compliance.
